Personal data is only collected when necessary for a specific, clear, and legitimate purpose. Collected data is only stored for as long as necessary for the respective purpose. No data is sold to third parties for advertising purposes.

The website is operated on servers located in Germany. Each time the website is accessed, the web server automatically stores information in server log files:

• IP address of the requesting device (anonymized after 7 days)
• Date and time of access
• URL accessed, HTTP status code
• Browser and operating system used (user agent)
• Referrer URL (the page you came from)

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest — operation and security of the service).
Retention period: 7 days, then automatically deleted.

4.1 Discord OAuth 2.0 (login)

When logging in to the dashboard, you are redirected to Discord. With your consent, Discord transmits the following data:

• Discord user ID
• Username and discriminator
• Avatar URL
• List of your Discord servers (guilds) on which you have management rights

This data is used exclusively for authentication and to display the server settings relevant to you. No Discord data is permanently stored without your instruction.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract / pre-contractual measures).

4.2 Session cookies

After login, a technically necessary session cookie is set to maintain your login session. This cookie does not directly contain personal data, only a random session ID that is assigned to a user server-side.

4.3 User data in the Discord bot (database)

The Discord bot stores the following data in a database for its functions:

5.1 Discord Inc.

The bot communicates via the Discord API. The use of Discord is subject to the privacy policy of Discord Inc. (USA). Discord Inc. processes data on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR.

5.2 OpenAI (AI features)

If you or a server administrator activates the bot's AI features (chat, image generation, text processing), the corresponding messages are transmitted to OpenAI, L.L.C., USA for processing. OpenAI processes this data on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR.

If you do not want your messages transmitted to OpenAI, contact the administrator of the respective Discord server to disable the AI feature, or use the bot without AI commands.

5.3 Google Fonts

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google LLC, USA). In the process, your IP address is transmitted to Google's servers. Google Fonts is used in accordance with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and SCCs (Art. 46 GDPR).
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a consistent, professional appearance).
